Unity Music Production is an Egyptian independent music company dedicated to discovering and developing young artists. Founded by Tareq Altonsi, Unity blends artistic creativity with a strategic business approach to bring local talent to the global stage.
From our headquarters in 6th of October City, we oversee songwriting, harmonic arrangement, vocal coaching, live instrument tracking, and multi-channel Dolby Atmos spatial mixing. Since 2024, we have produced several EPs, completed certified Dolby Atmos releases, and partnered with distribution giants like Viral Wave and Dolby.

Tareq Altonsi
Founder & Executive ProducerTareq Altonsi, , is an Egyptian artist, music producer, and the founder of Unity Music Production. Based in 6th of October City, Egypt, he established Unity in 2024 to help artists develop their sound, shape their identity, and bring their music to audiences beyond borders. As founder and CEO, Tareq combines hands-on creative work with the direction of Unity’s music production, artist development, and international collaborations. His work also extends to music editing and supervision for television drama, shaping how music supports storytelling on screen. An artist himself, with the albums “Keeper” and “A Day in Cairo,” Tareq brings a performer’s perspective to his work with other musicians. He is a member of the Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO) and places artistic identity and the value of original work at the centre of his approach. Through Unity, his vision is to build a home for distinctive voices, connecting Egyptian talent with a wider musical world.
Nahla Elnaggar
Head of Public RelationsNahla Elnaggar is Head of Public Relations at Unity Music Production, overseeing the company’s public communications and relationships with media, partners and the creative community. Her role focuses on communicating Unity’s vision, supporting the visibility of its artists and releases, and building meaningful connections across the music and entertainment industry.
Ahmed Youssef
A&R & Artist Development DirectorAhmed Youssef oversees talent discovery and artist development at Unity Music Production. He reviews new submissions, identifies promising voices, and works closely with artists to refine their sound, strengthen their performances, and bring out their individual strengths. Drawing on his own experience as a musician, Ahmed provides practical creative guidance that helps emerging talent develop a distinctive artistic identity and prepare for release.
Adel Hassan
Head of TechnologyAdel Hassan oversees technology and web development at Unity Music Production. He builds and maintains the company’s websites, manages its digital systems, and provides technical support for day-to-day operations. Working closely with the team, Adel turns business and creative needs into practical digital tools that support Unity’s artists, releases, and services.
